The Oxford 8 Seat Oval Fire Pit Dining Set with Heritage Chairs brings a touch of luxury to your al fresco dining. The oval table topped with toughened glass teamed with the eight comfortable chairs complete with base and back cushions to make this the perfect set to share breakfast, lunch, or dinner! In addition this table has been integrated with a gas Fire Pit system which will allow you enjoy your garden furniture to the late hours in the evening and comes with a metal inlay which covers the Fire Pit when not in use. All of our Fire Pit systems are CE registered and have a BTU of 50,000 (British Thermal Unit is a unit that measures the heat generated by the burner). On average, depending on the setting used, our Fire Pits will produce approximately 6-7 hours use for a 7KG gas bottle. We recommend using a propane gas bottle, which can be stored underneath the table. Please note the ice bucket feature is not included with this product.
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £99.
Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Vookoo Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 5-15 days of your order being placed.
Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.
We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch. To enable us to provide you with the best quotation, it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.
On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavor to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
Some deliveries come with very assembly and packaging removal, please ask one of our qualified team members about specific products.
We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 or via email customerservices@vookoolifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.
MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organize delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.
