Not just perfect for dining and lounging, the Large Oval House Garden Pod is also ideal for studying and entertaining. You can even create a movie night at home by packing it with popcorn and snacks and enjoying your favorite films under the stars.

The Pod comes with a host of features, including comfortable edge seating with tables, embedded ceiling LED lights, a stainless steel roof for shade and heat reflection, luxurious water-resistant interior, 13amp electric sockets with USB options, 2.7 Kilowatt heater with cooling fan option, and a Bluetooth sound bar. The cushion pads are 75mm thick and available in a choice of colors to match your style and decor.

Installation service is included for mainland UK customers only, and a hard standing base measuring 365cm by 175cm is required to build the pod onto. The Large Oval House Garden Pod requires an area of 470cm by 250cm for mounting, with dimensions of height: 220cm, width: 460cm, and depth: 240cm.

Hardstanding

An area of 470cm x 250cm is required to locate the Large Ovalhouse. A hard-standing base of no less than 365cm x 175cm is required to build your Large Ovalhouse onto. Can be installed onto a level paved, concrete or decked area.

Ground Preparation

If you are preparing a new concrete or paving area for your Large Ovalhouse, we recommend an overall depth of 30cm allowing 7 days for the ground to settle prior to the arrival of our fitting team

Electrical Installation

The Grande Deluxe Garden Pod is fitted with a consumer unit located in the back of the cupboard in the rear of the pod. The power will need to enter the pod through a compression gland fitted approximately 50cm high in the middle of the back panel of the pod. The power supply will come with both male and female 32A connection sockets ready for cables to be connected.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS

Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £99.

Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Vookoo Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 5-15 days of your order being placed.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.

We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch. To enable us to provide you with the best quotation, it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.

DELIVERY DAY

On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavor to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.

Some deliveries come with very assembly and packaging removal, please ask one of our qualified team members about specific products.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 or via email customerservices@vookoolifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.

HELP WITH MY DELIVERY

MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organize delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.
