    Taking Delivery of Your New Garden Building

    From ordering your garden building to taking delivery & instillation, here is everything you need to know

    Once your pod has been ordered through our website you will receive an email to confirm your order and when your garden building is expected to arrive.

    A dedicated sales operative assigned to your order will contact you within three days of receipt of the purchase. This is to confirm component specifications for your bespoke building and to arrange delivery. We will deliver your pod direct to your required location and install it for free, provided your address is situated on the GB mainland (exclusions apply). Where possible, we will also try to arrange delivery at a time and date that is convenient for you.

    Once all necessary checks have been completed and you are happy with your online purchase your dedicated account manager will send written confirmation of your order and installation date.

    Your pod order will be sent to the factory and given a build allocation slot. Lead times for factory orders vary from pod to pod and depend on several factors including the build allocation slot, customer demand, and the time of year you place your order. As a benchmark, most garden buildings are ready for installation within three to four weeks, although some deluxe buildings can take longer.

    On the date of your building delivery, our installation team will arrive with you in the morning. The pod will be installed within the day.

    Once you have checked your garden building and you are 100% happy with your installation, our fitters will ask you a sign an installation note.

    Once the instillation note has been signed, all that’s left to do is enjoy your brand-new garden building or if it’s a rotating pod – take it for a spin….


    DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS

    Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £99.

    Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Vookoo Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 5-15 days of your order being placed.

    DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

    Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.

    We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch. To enable us to provide you with the best quotation, it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.

    DELIVERY DAY

    On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavor to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

    Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.

    Some deliveries come with very assembly and packaging removal, please ask one of our qualified team members about specific products.

    RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

    We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 or via email customerservices@vookoolifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.

    HELP WITH MY DELIVERY

    MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

    In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organize delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.

    If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.
