    Made from premium handwoven Hularo wicker, the Avila lounge and dining sets enable you to dine and relax in luxury and comfort.

    The deep seating comes complete with the finest olefin cushions and pair beautifully with dining tables from the 4 Seasons Outdoor collection. You can trust this durable furniture will last for years to come.

    Hularo Wicker

    4SO wicker is covered by an excellent 10-year guarantee and made to be outdoors all year round for 4 seasons. The Hularo wicker is synonymous with the absolute top in synthetic wicker and will not discolour, tear, break or loosen. In addition, master braiders braid the wicker by hand which promises the quality.

    A final quality check ensures that no garden furniture leaves the factories without being 100 per cent in order.

    Maintenance is almost unnecessary, and furniture can be left outside all year round, but we advise you to clean the wicker if necessary, with warm soapy water.

    Weatherproof Cushions

    All 4 Season Outdoor cushions have an Olefin cover with an anti-mould foam inside. The fabric can withstand strong UV rays and dries quickly in the sunshine.

    It is recommended to store cushions inside when not in use to keep them looking their best for as long as possible. If you do leave your cushions outside - stand the cushions up so excess rainwater runs off them, light rain will be ok as the water should just run off the fabric.

    To clean your cushions, use warm soapy water and a scrubbing brush then leave the cushions stood up to allow excess water to run off. Alternatively, you can remove the cover and place in the washing machine no hotter than 40 ° on a quick cycle. These can then be tumble dried or air dried.

    High Quality Teak

    4 Seasons Outdoor only use teak on all their wooden pieces. This luxury hardwood is perfect for garden furniture, the natural oils inside make it withstand weather conditions. Rain and sun cause the outer layer to turn to a silvery grey, this is the natural process by which the wood gives itself protection. As wood is a natural material there can be some movement and small hairline cracks can appear, rest assured this is normal and will not affect the quality, strength or durability.

    4SO teak components are equipped with a legal FSC or an SVLK/V-legal certificate that complies with the latest EUTR rules in force since 2013, and the only use teak that originates from legal plantations.

    You can use teak treatments to maintain the golden colour or if you'd rather the 4SO grey wash to keep the light grey colour which can be seen in some styles.

    DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS

    Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £99.

    Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Vookoo Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 5-15 days of your order being placed.

    DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

    Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.

    We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch. To enable us to provide you with the best quotation, it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.

    DELIVERY DAY

    On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavor to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

    Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.

    Some deliveries come with very assembly and packaging removal, please ask one of our qualified team members about specific products.

    RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

    We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 03335 670 995 or via email customerservices@vookoolifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.

    HELP WITH MY DELIVERY

    MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

    In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organize delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.

    If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.
